Refund Policy

Once the customer receives the service, he/she will have 3 working days to send an email to by email, indicating his/her disagreement with the service.

At the time Elysian Journeys receives the email, it will review the case and if any refund is due to the customer, Elysian Journeys will have a period of 30 business days to make the refund by the same means by which the purchase of the service was made.
