Day 1: Arrival in Panama City

• Transfer to your accommodation in Panama City.

Day 2: Panama Canal and Casco Viejo

• Visit the Miraflores Locks and the Panama Canal Visitor Center.
• Explore the historic Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
• Enjoy Panamanian cuisine at a local restaurant.

Day 3: Chagres National Park

• Begin your trip to Chagres National Park, where you will be immersed in the jungle.
• Explore the Emberá indigenous village, discover their culture and participate in traditional music and dance.
• Spend the night in an eco-lodge located in the heart of the jungle.

Day 4: Adventures in the jungle

• Transfer to the airport for your departure, or choose to extend your stay and explore more of Panama.
