Requirements
To participate in the Elysian Journeys referral program, you must be a previous customer who has booked and completed a trip with us.
Referral process
Referrers: Customers who have booked and completed a tour with Elysian Journeys can recommend our services to friends, family or acquaintances.
Referred Friends: Individuals who are referred to Elysian Journeys by a customer are eligible for referral benefits, such as discounts on their tour package.
Benefits by reference
Referred friends: Customers referred to Elysian Journeys may be eligible for discounts on their tour package. The specific discount and terms and conditions will be communicated at the time of booking.
Referrals: Customers who successfully refer a friend will earn a referral bonus. This bonus can be applied to their future travel with Elysian Journeys. The referral bonus is normally credited to the referrer's account after the referred friend completes their tour.
Successful references
A referral is considered successful when the referred friend completes their reservation and payment for an Elysian Journeys tour.
Reference limits
There is no limit to the number of friends a client can refer and no limit to the referral bonuses a client can earn. Clients are encouraged to refer as many friends as they wish.
Application of reference bonuses
Referral bonuses earned by customers can be applied to any future Elysian Journeys trip booking. The bonus amount is usually deducted from the total cost of the trip at the time of payment.
Modification and termination
Elysian Journeys reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without notice. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Policy violation
If any customer is found to have violated this policy or has engaged in fraudulent activities related to referrals, Elysian Journeys reserves the right to revoke referral benefits and take appropriate action.
