Once the customer receives the service, he/she will have 3 working days to send an e-mail to cs@elysianjourneys.netindicating their dissatisfaction with the service.
At the time Elysian Journeys receives the email, it will review the case and if any refund is due to the customer, Elysian Journeys will have a period of 30 business days to make the refund by the same means by which the purchase of the service was made.
Delivery Policy
The purchase confirmation, electronic tickets, hotel vouchers and other documents related to the services purchased will be sent exclusively by electronic means to the e-mail address registered by the customer. Delivery will be made once availability has been validated by the corresponding suppliers, within a maximum period of 72 business hours from confirmation of payment. In the event that the documentation is not received within this period, the client must contact customer service. Elysian Journeys shall not be responsible for delays attributable to external suppliers or force majeure.
